Welcome to Flexi Fly Strength — where everyone is welcome.
All of our sessions use a layered, strength-led approach, meaning you can join any class regardless of experience. Whether you’re completely new, returning to movement, or already confident on the reformer, you’ll be guided and supported every step of the way.
We keep classes small (just 4–5 reformers) so you receive focused coaching to support technique, confidence, and progression.
We recommend starting with 1–2 sessions per week to build consistency, and our memberships can reduce the cost to just £12 per class.
