Grace
Grace – Founder of FlexiFly
Hi, I’m Grace – the founder of FlexiFly and a fully qualified Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. I’ve got a background in dance, teaching, and movement coaching, and I’ve spent years working in the performing arts and fitness worlds.
I started FlexiFly because I wanted to create something a bit different – a space where people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds could feel strong, confident, and supported in their bodies, without any pressure or judgment.
My teaching blends classical Pilates with a more modern, creative approach. I like to keep things thoughtful and empowering, with a big focus on connection – to your breath, your body, and your own pace.
At the heart of FlexiFly is my belief that movement should feel good. It should be accessible, sustainable, and actually enjoyable – because how you feel matters so much more than how you look.
When I’m not in the studio, I’m usually working on new ideas – whether that’s planning our next FlexiFly location, training future instructors through Flexi Academy, or developing FlexiFormer, my own line of folding reformer machines.

Bamber Bridge Studio Manager & Reformer Instructor
I’m India, Studio Manager and Reformer Instructor at our Bamber Bridge studio. I joined Flexifly in September 2024 and quickly developed a reputation for my dynamic, challenging classes! My classes are always tailored to you with variation to help you get the most from your session. Whether you are rehabilitating from injury, want to feel challenged, or simply just switch off and move your body, I’m here to guide and support you to achieve your full potential and leave your class feeling fulfilled.
I also deliver our Reformer Instructor Training, and love sharing my knowledge and passion to help shape the next wave of Reformer Pilates teachers. I can’t wait to welcome you into our studio.

Fulwood Studio Manager & Reformer Instructor
Hey, I’m Alex, studio manager at our Fulwood studio and Instructor at Flexifly! I’m a professionally trained dancer, who wanted to take a little step out of the dance world to regain a better work life balance. I started teaching in September and it really has changed my life for the better.
In my classes, you will be pushed, sweat and ALWAYS feel the burn. That being said, my classes feel like a safe space where you can work out comfortably taking it at your own pace and there will always be a variation just incase. My aim at Flexifly is for everyone to feel like they belong in the studio, it’s a friendly and fun environment where you can switch off from real life. I can’t wait to get to know you and see you in my class soon.

Hey, I’m Fahima! I’m a trained reformer instructor, and I’m here to help you unlock your body’s full potential. My classes are for everyone—whether you’re just starting out or already experienced—and I’ll guide you every step of the way towards feeling stronger and healthier.
I know the gym can feel a bit intimidating, but at FlexiFly, we focus on real, lasting results in a supportive space. My sessions bring a more relaxed, zen vibe too, with things like breathwork mixed in. I’m all about building strength, improving flexibility, and making sure we have fun while we’re at it!

Hi I’m Keira- I’m 19 and a first year physiotherapy student along side my instructing. I’m all about fitness, wellbeing, recovery and making everyone feel their best! Join me for some challenging full body workouts helping you to connect both your mind and body whilst helping you to reach your goals- Pilates for me is more than a workout, I love being in the studio with others and being a part of this amazing flexi community. Hi, I’m Becky, a Reformer Pilates instructor new to the FlexiFly team. I started attending classes in March and loved them so much I decided to train as an instructor!
My sessions focus on building strength, improving posture, and enhancing muscle tone through controlled, effective exercises. My classes are open to everyone — whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to challenge yourself further. Outside the studio, I love staying active with walking, squash, tennis and the gym — movement has always been a big part of my life, and I’m excited to share that passion through Pilates.

Hey, I’m Tegan, I’m a trained reformer instructor with a background as an operating Department Practitioner (ODP), I bring a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and body mechanics to each session. My approach blends precision, safety, and mindful movement. Helping you build strength, improve posture, and feel aligned in your body.
Passionate about empowering clients of all levels, I make every session challenging, supportive and tailored to your needs. I firmly believe that a strong core and a good coffee can fix almost anything. Expect expert guidance, a dash of humour, a friendly atmosphere and a genuine sense of community that makes every class feel like a shared journey✨
