Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need Pilates experience to join a class?
Nope! All our classes are designed for all levels. We use a layering technique that allows beginners and experienced movers to work side by side at their own pace.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and a bottle of water! Grip socks are optional but recommended for safety – we also sell them at the studio if you’d like a pair.
What should I wear?
Anything you feel comfortable moving in – leggings or shorts and a fitted top are great. Avoid anything too loose so we can see your form and alignment.
How many people are in a class?
Just four people per class. This keeps things personal, hands-on, and focused on good form and individual support.
Where are you based?
We’re in Bamber Bridge, with two more studios on the way! Full address and directions are on our Contact page.
Can I book a one-off class?
Yes! You can book single sessions or sign up for a membership to save. Our flexible memberships bring the cost down to just £12 per class.
Are your classes suitable for injuries or rehab?
While we’re not a rehab-specific studio, we are experienced in adapting exercises and supporting clients with limitations. Please let your instructor know before class and we’ll guide you safely. If you’re recovering from an injury, we recommend getting clearance from your physio or GP first.
Is this the kind of Pilates that’s really slow and gentle?
Not quite. We blend classical Pilates principles with functional, dynamic movements for a challenging full-body session – always focused on control, strength, and quality of movement.
Do you offer beginner classes?
We don’t separate classes by level – because our layered approach means every class is built to suit beginners and more advanced clients in the same space. Everyone’s welcome, always.
